It is a very nice resort with 3 large outdoor pools, indoor pool and spa + a massive beach with clear sea water. There is also a children water play area. The hotel has an all inclusive option which was worth the money. The room was lovely and modern. Bed was super comfy. Location is ok but quite a long walk to Aiya Napa centre (about 30 min). Food is good but there is room for improvement. Drinks are OK. Overall, it's a good resort and we will recommend it.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Panthea Resort. The location was perfect as it is really close to Ayia Napa centre, the sights, and the seaside walkway. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and helpful all around the clock, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities were also in great shape, clean and comfortable rooms, large pools for all members of the family, nice food, and cocktails under the all-inclusive package.

Overall very good facilities and I would say value for money. For an all inclusive resort the food was above par and offerings plentiful but in certain cases difficult to navigate what is included and what is not, especially for a novice at an all inclusive. Reception staff where exceptional and very accommodating and welcoming.

The apartments are in the heart of Agia Napa but still reasonably quiet they are just off the main street. You have everything within walking distance. There is also very convenient covered parking, which is a luxury for the resort. The beds were very comfy to sleep on, you have everything you need to stay. The host is extremely helpful and friendly, and easy to contact on WhatsApp. The apartment is very well & stylish- new appliances and furniture. Supermarkets are just a few steps away. We will definitely be back

The resort itself is very nice, but could be much better if well managed and some improvements It has a nice private beach, with access to a large and famous public beach. Can sit and relax away from the crowd. Rooms are new and spacious, with silent and efficient AC and fridge Food is excellent for an all inclusive type of resort , and dining area is clean. Lobbies are spacious and nice.

I am usually critical with every hotel stay. This hotel, however, was absolutely wonderful. Staff in every area of service were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in their area. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were wonderful and easy to get, there were always sunbeds available, all staff were friendly, and everything moved smoothly (check in, meals, pool bar, room servicing, etc). This is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've stayed in worldwide. Highly recommend.
