Loved the layout and architecture of the apartments, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff made us feel like family and there was always someone there if we needed anything at all! Adrienne and Derek gets an especially thumps up. The doorman was also really helpful and always willing to get us where we needed to go. Will definitely come back here.

The main restaurant - the Breeze is delicious, actually all the food in all inclusive was very good.
The hotel is very clean, staff is attentive, they really think about their guests.
I liked the hotel very much. We even returned to the same hotel after short trip to Aruba as it was really very good. Exceeded expectations. Good value for money.

Room was spacious and well equipped. Great bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. Quiet room on the whole. Got a suite with stunning ocean view. Lots of space outside. Good ac in all rooms.
Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Lovely to have it outside by the sea.
Restaurants are moderately priced and serves the usual mix of international dishes with some local additions. Pizza place was the best imo but wasn't open all nights. Hemingway had the best service and location. Good fish and veggie food.
Beach is perfect for families. Shallow. Clean. Clear water. The small beach has some snorkling opportunities but boats pass close by. Beach wasn't crowded, service was good and some beach chairs are reserved for hotel guests.
All in all, a perfect stay with lovely touches from the staff such as dressing the room on account of honeymoon that we hadn't announced prior to arrival.

The resort was absolutely stunning and the room was like coming out of a dream! Very comfy beds and bathroom had nice products from Rituals, my favorite brand!! The staff was really kind and helpful! The two private beaches were beautiful. Good to do snorkeling. The pool was great too! But I missed having a bathroom to take a shower after the beach. I hope to come back again 🇨🇼❤️

The first night we stayed at the „garden“ area and had a very nice looking appartement. The problem was, that there are‘nt real windows (it‘s more like a wooden jalousie with an gap in between) what causes that mosquitos came inside and we got hundrets of mosquito bites.
Secondary, there was a building lot next to us. The noise woke us up at 6 in the morning and our whole room was filled with emissions of the machines.
But I still want to make a good review for blue Bay.
When we told the house service about the problems in our room, the staff was very kind. They gave us an upgrade very quick - to one of the best apartments they offer.
We had more space than before and the accommodation was great!
So that‘s why I want to say thank you, because the staff was great and they realy tried to give us a favour.

The location of the hotel is good enough for both, those who want to relax in silence at the pools and those who want to party. Everything about this apartment is perfect. You get a much better deal for your money than you would if you stayed at an all inclusive resort. Spacious with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean.
The luxury room was exceptional, extremely well designed and decorated with a great view. The resort grounds were also exceptional and very well groomed. Staff were pleasant but poorly trained.
All meals at the main restaurant were exceptional for a buffet. We enjoyed the seafood and sushi restaurants, but the BBQ was not impressive. The selection of polls was great and the water slides were a lot of fun. The setting for the resort was good and maintenance of the grounds was well done. Staff were very friendly as you would hope at an all inclusive resort.
The hotel is in a top level. All foods and drinks were made with high quality and the place give to you a higher experience of a top all inclusive hotel.
The beach is located in other resort (Dreams). If you stay at Zoetry you will have free access to Dreams (5 minutes walking or you can get a ride in a golf car). The beach is small and the food/drink services of Dreams is not at same level of Zoetry, so it is a waste of time going there.
I strongly recommend to stay in Zoetry, one of best hotel I have been.
Great family resort with excellent pools, food & drinks, 2 amusement rides and every night entertainment. Unfortunately our daughter tested positive for covid19 but the staff reacted very nicely. We immediately got a separate room for her and they ensured we had all facilities to take care for her. Many thanks, especially to Caroline the manager and Ed, the senior employee who was so involved and kind. Top crew, thank you!
