The Level staff were helpful and generally sorted our issues but the staff in some of the restaurants other than the buffet restaurant were unhelpful, disorganised and slow. Spa was a highlight and restaurants in nearby Santa Maria were nice.

The hotel is very new and located in one of the best beach in Sal. The food is super delicious, varied and simple perfect. They have a lot of work out classes that are awsome, the quality is the same as a very good gym. The beach yoga is incredible!
The rooms are new and are extremly confortable. And the staff is super nice, and communicative. I really liked that the staff ate at the buffet with the guests, it really shows they care about the employees.

The staff is incredible. The location is the best: WAY BETTER than any resort in the other area. It’s the only local-owned hotel in the island. A genuine experience with loads of art, smiles and good vibes. Thank you Nadia and all the other staff for the good moments. I will be back ASAP. Amazing food and very nice breakfast. By far way better than any 5* resort in Sal.
The location is beautiful and you can find everything you need in the resort, although prices for items outside the all inclusive deal is very expensive!
This is a very good place to stay on Sal. If you want to live in the town or don't want to do the all inclusive resorts. The quality of the accommodation and the helpfulness of the staff are both outstanding, Staff were very helpful and booked taxi transports and day trips efficiently without drama. The room was large, airy and bright, it had a kettle, toasty machine, fridge, a safe and netflix on a large screen tv. shower was large and there was loads of hot water at all times.
We traveled with 2 little kids and they really enjoyed the kids activities, playground and the kids pool. Huge resort but still not crowded. People were extremely nice. The all inclusive meals were quite diverse and good.
It was private apartment in the resort, so we didn't go with all inclusive option, which was a good idea as we tried the food in the resort and it was hit and miss. As for the apartment itself, you could not ask for more. Big bedrooms, big living room, very close to the pools and very close the beach itself.
Great communication with the host and was given lots of information regarding the resort and area. Beautiful grounds and well maintained. Great place to stay if you are All inclusive with lots for families to do. The apartment had everything you needed and staff were very helpful.
The best location possible : one minute from the beach , one minute from the nightlife/ restaurants ( and still super quiet after midnight ) Very comfortable and big apartment : much better than any hotel room. Great cafe / restaurant downstairs with breakfast included in the price. Very friendly and helpful staff ( ask for Alex if you need a local guide ) . Perfect place for holidays and far away from all-inclusive resorts . 100% recommended .
BCV Private Apartments on Tortuga Beach Resort: our apartment was lovely, spacious, airy, nice balcony with a slim view of the pool. It was a lovely place to relax, the resort pools and facilities were lovely, as was the location with the beach and just a short shuttle bus ride or 4 Euro Taxi ride to Santa Maria. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
Good beach resort, very close to the main street of Santa Maria. Friendly staff, and the hotel is spotless clean. Great breakfast buffet at a nice breakfast area. Great beach club as well, with a bar and restaurant, right on a beach with crystal clear waters and fine white sand. The rooms are big and quiet, clean, and with good showers and excellent bedding!
