It's location is very good, only a couple minutes walking to get to stores, restaurants etc. If your looking for luxury then keep looking, Yubarta lodge has absolutely incredible value for what you get. We had air conditioning, access to shared kitchen, pool, sitting area. We were very comfortable staying here. There is other hotels close by that give you way less and charge a lot more. Also very close to Ballena Marino Nacional Parque. All around it was a good experience.
This is one of the most beautiful places we ever stayed. The entire property is thoughtfully designed and feels like a true 5-star resort. The views are stunning and everything was emasculate in our room. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Small "resort" with 5 log bungalows in beautifully maintained property with secure parking in delightful Playa Uvita. Sparkling lap-sized pool and neat common areas. Easy walk to the Ballena Beach (for $7.00 pp). Small well stocked (low average prices) supermarket and fine decently priced fish restaurant very nearby.
The fans and individual rooms' AC made our stay comfortable. Hot water in the kitchen was great, as were the showers. Lovely patio for morning coffee. Birds abound in the area.
It was really comfortable and besides sleeping in a dorm it felt like staying in a luxury hotel. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was okay too. There was free yoga class!
Loved the chill out area and pool! Loved the bed, air con and bathroom was nice and big. Really great stay ! It was luxury to the last place we stayed. Was allowed to hangout after checkout at the pool.

Really nice place, the owners and staff are really friendly and helpful, we have been travelling for a month now between nicaragua and costa rica and have stayed at a mix of places from budget to luxury and this place has by far the best kitchen and shower facilities out of the lot and is squeaky clean
Beautiful resort consisting of 9 villas and restaurant with pool built on a hillside above the ocean that makes you feel like you're living in the treetops in the rainforest - lots of birds all around including toucans and other colourful species, iguanas etc. Ocean view with lovely sunsets from each villa a from the pool. Villas are spacious, with wide beds and big bathroom including outside shower. Very good breakfast and also dinners at restaurant were really tasty. Friendly staff. You can walk to the beach (Playa Hermosa).
Incredible views from the resort. The upscale bohemian luxury vibe. The food and breakfast are amazing. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever tried !
