You sleep in the middle of a small jungle and still have a beautiful beach nearby that you almost have to yourself. You wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys and see plenty of wildlife. A perfect place to unwind and relax, with a wonderful host.

Such a beautiful.place, luxury in the forest, the sea nearby. I loved evreything: thd room, the pools, the restaurants. The staff is nice and it is a pleasure to be there. It is a unique hotel, with a unique design. Thank you!
The resort is close to town but secluded enough that you feel you are away from the main town. The bungalow was clean. The pool is nice. The owners were very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We have stayed in lots of places in Puerto viejo and this was by far the best. We will definitely be back.
The semi-private beach was amazing. The hotel had the beach lounging dialed in with seating on the beach, and a deck about 30 feet off the beach. They serve coffee near the beach (starting around 5am) in the morning and drinks at night. Breakfast was pretty good with decent portions. The resort had a super nice market attached. The room I had was quirky but cool. It was a great value for money.
Cariblue Beach and Jungle Resort matched expectations. You really get the Caribbean vibe, while the property is fairly close to Puerto Viejo town. There is also a private entrance to Cocles beach. The staff was friendly and were able to change our room when we spotted 2 cockroaches in the room we were initially assigned. They also mentioned this sighting was out of the ordinary, something we believed as the rooms were clean overall.
Absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is delicious, there’s great jungle walks right next to the resort. The pool and bar area are spot on.
The room was very clean, great kitchen facilities, loved the fresh coffee machine and ice in freezer.
The resort gave me a lovely hamper for my birthday and gave me a ride to the stop.
Was a perfect stay, wish I had booked longer.
