We absolutely loved our say here. We loved the privacy, the serenity and the peace of the hotel, the staff were so attentive and so incredibly friendly, the food was divine and we had access to so many activities in the area. Our favourites were bike riding, jet skiing and the little private ocean bays. We'll be coming back again in October :D.

Upgraded to the Adults only area! This pool was great, many different restaurants to choose from and all lovely. Lots to do, ocean is good for swimming. Free hire of paddleboards, kayaks, tennis were all great.

W Playa Conchal is a high end all inclusive resort that caters to the needs of its guests. If you are looking for a cheap, rowdy party resort to overindulge - this isnt for you. The staff were simply outstanding and genuinely friendly, wanting to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their were so many staff members that were outstanding it would be unfair to name one individually. The 3 restaurants provided excellent meals and catered to specific dietary requirements. We highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive package to include meals and drinks. We loved our room with the spacious bathroom, balcony and very comfortable bed. The pools were excellent and close to the beach which was pristine and uncrowded. We had a very relaxing week at W Conchal, and although it is our first time to the beautiful country of Costa Rica, it wont be our last and definitely we will be returning to W Playa Conchal

view was incredible, staff at the beach were always helpful and would grab chairs for you if you asked. shuttles around the property were helpful since the resort was situated on a huge hill, and they came often.
breakfast was always good and was replenished often as was the rest of the food. other meals were okay.
excursion staff were so helpful in assisting my husband and I book our excursion that we did last minute.
The property was clean. Staff were extremely friendly. The environment felt safe. The food was delicious. The location of the hotel provided freedom to walk the beach and/or leave the resort.
The view in most of the resort is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly. The shuttle between the various part of the resort is super convenient. Overall, the availability of amenities is top.
Very respectable all-inclusive food and drink (but not the floppy plastic cups that cocktails were made in - though barman did give us solid plastic cups on request). Lots of fresh fruit at breakfast. Good hot coffee.
Good regular vehicle transport around the resort and to the beach..
Beach was long and peaceful - but had no facilities at all except for a few plastic hotel loungers.

Loved the villa with our private pool. Location is just perfect. Value for what you get with all inclusive is fantastic.
