We liked that it was in the middle of the forest, very peaceful place.
We also liked how the accommodation looked, cozy and natural and a bit luxury that's what made us book.
It has a sustainable and natural concept which is very nice.
Individual bungalows with privacy and kitchen.
New management (dutch family of 4 + dog and chickens) done a nice job revamping the place.
Resort is in the middle of nature, away from main road, though this means you need a car to go anywhere (beaches, national park, restaurant). No worries, you get all the good info/tips from the owner.
if you are vegetarian and would like to relax after a long trip this is the place for you! great location close to the beach, hidden and far away from other hotels/resorts, big property in the middle of the jungle - highly recommend!
also, staff is exceptionally friendly!
Extremely happy with this hostel! Great location close to the bus station and the national park Cahuita (as well as the small village and supermarket) The owners were really nice and helpful! The cleanliness and all the facilities felt like luxury so the relation quality/price was exceptional! Best shared showers and big lockers (with cute paintings - just a detail but still). Also the garden and the kitchen was amazing! I really recommend this place!
The garden of Piscina Natural is a true gem and could easily belong to some luxury retreat! But gladly, the owners are very down-to-earth and we felt at home immediately. The rooms aren't large but have everything you need and there is a comfortable shared area with a kitchen. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Cahuita, but there are a few charming restaurants in the close vicinity.
