We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.
Amazing place! It's really THE accomodation to choose if you want to discover Zhangjiajie national park and avoid the crowds.
You can watch the sunset at a great spot close to the hotel, get up early and walk to one of the sunrise spots (pretty much guaranteed that you'll be there by yourself), and get the best advice how to plan your route to avoid the crowds.
Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic time at YOLO resort. I absolutely recommend staying there!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Yolo resort! The location inside the national park allows to visit many places with only a low amount of tourists in the morning. Also, the resort has a beautiful sunset location within ten minute walking distance. The staff helped us to make the best of our two night stay by recommending great routes avoiding the main tourist group flow! Excellent experience. We strongly recommend :)
Location is excellent with a view to Tianmen Shan, very few properties have that luxury. Luo and his mom is a fantastic host, their breakfast is beautiful and delicious, homemade local delicacy. Luo also helps book the park entrance tickets in advance ( required at least 5 days ahead, popular destination) and gives detailed tour instructions.

Robin really helped us with planning our trip, tickets, bringing you to the sunset - sunrise spots, guiding you to the resort, etc.

The location is beautiful. I love how it is close to nature. Very peaceful surrounding. And close proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Park.
Service was first class. Rain & Frankie always responded promptly to our requests. They also helped with our tour plan and entrance tickets.
Food was delicious and freshly prepared.
We also enjoyed the tea tasting at the resort and the high quality flower tea available there.
The yolo resort is a great hotel and has a lovely location. You can explore the national park from there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend to stay there.
my stay at YOLO was absolutely incredible! I booked a tent but due to rain and thunderstorms I got upgraded to a double room completely free of charge! The staff are just the sweetest people ever and as a solo traveler they really made an effort to make me feel at home :-)
It was also very easy to meet other travelers as the resort attracts international guests and everyone arrives and gathers under the big tent roof!

Very, very helpful and friendly staff. The resort is unique and is a residence of local ethnic minorities. It is worth staying. We forgot our stuff and the hotel staff immediately sent them to our home. Very detailed.
Surrounded by tea plantation and peaks,The staff plan our itinerary and booked our tickets for the Park in advance and guided us on how to get to the resort. Amazing Sunset and Sunset we saw, It's moments like these that make this place a destination worth returning to time and time again.
