What a nice stay at Li Resort in the big family room. The view is amazing and the room is very nicely designed, you feel like an emperor ! Special mention to all the staff of the hotel who were incredibly helpful for us tourists and assisted us in several occasions with some logistics and communications with activities in town. I can only recommend Li River Resort for everyone coming to visit Yangshuo! Besides of its wonderful location, the highlight of Li River Resort is definitely the staff. They helped me with everything and made the trip to Yangshuo very special.
My wife and I enjoyed a five day off season stay at Li River Resort. The staff were exceptional, the location charming and the decor and rooms elegantly tasteful.
This is a cozy and beautiful hotel beside the Li River. The mountain & river view from the room is stunning. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel also provides day tour and half-day tour options, which are great ways of exploring nearby areas. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Li River Resort!
Staff is super friendly and attentive. The resort is located quietly directly on the river with a beautiful view. Nevertheless it is not far away from anything. You can for example rent bicycles downstairs and cycle within 5-10 minutes along the river to the city center or even for a longer trip to various scenic spots. There even is a hidden beach in the next small town (10 min walking), which is quiet and great to chill out.
Absolutely STUNNING view from our Riverview room. Lovely room, spacious and the most comfortable bed we slept on whilst in China. Resort has a great pool and it is easy to hire bikes for 20Yuan a day. It's about a 20minute walk out of town so very peaceful and beautiful, the walk is very direct but not super well lit for female travellers at night. Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke great english.
We warmly recommend. Beautiful, peaceful and tastefully decorated resort, 25min walk from the town away from the hectic tourist spots. Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were really nice, spacious and had lovely views. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to patiently trying to speak slow and clear Chinese to us beginners (English and apps also worked, communication overall good!). plenty of breakfast choices, also other meals provided. bikes can be rented just next door.
I liked the tranquility of the resort and even when crowded, you can still find peaceful spots on the property. I liked how most of the staff went our their way to make our stay comfortable and try to fulfill all our wishes. My son enjoyed the ponds and breakfast with peacocks! It was truly a blissful sight. I'd like to thank Ian for bringing our in room dining--super charming guy! I'd like to thank the chef (maybe Martin is his name) he always was helpful and most of all Rhianna for the nice hospitality! !
The view from the resort is simply stunning. Lovely place to eat outside. Extensive menu with home made bread. They have a big selection of activities and tours to do in the Yangshuo area.
Beautiful little resort in a quiet area with great views and a very nice garden and pool.
