I like the location and the staff are generally kind and helpful. The building itself used to excude a sense of quiet international luxury. Alas this no longer applies.
Very nice hotel, luxury, beds are amazing, such good sleep. And staff is very friendly and accomadating. The buffet breakfast is superb! I can highly recommend staying here.
The staff are amazing… special shoutout to Li Hongying ( dining room) who goes above and beyond of giving outstanding service. Also to June Lang at Reception. Breakfast has huge selection of food, bed were comfy.
The staff were very nice and helpful. They spoke enough English for the basics and we used Google Translate for a more complicated question. We arrived late and left early so didn't get to experience the hotel, pool, gym, etc. Note it is more like a resort, with multiple buildings. We had a golf cart take us to our building and collect us the next morning. We got breakfast to go, which was ok. It's close (about 15 min by taxi) to the airport.
