It’s a family friendly resort style hotel, check-in & check-out service was very efficient. Breakfast selection was great. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Sophie and her crew were incredibly helpful, assisting us with finding and booking event tickets, and recommending a panda resort and a hot pot restaurant. They were very attentive and spoke English very well, making our stay much easier. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place!
very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel
Great resort with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is large and comfortable but could be a bit more luxurious for the price ( no electric bidet on toilet in rooms?and unstable hot water).
Food was great although the prices were too high. (Singapore/Maldives prices )
The location is great for SWUFE and the food street. The rooms are very modern and clean. Great bathroom and shower. Luxury linens, towels, and bedding. Limited English, but extremely nice staff.
location is perfect, it’s just right next to ifs and taikooli, free parking, the only disadvantage is you need to ask staff to use discount coupon every time before driving out.
room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet, bathroom is luxury, toilet is not bidet which is a bit unusual.
staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
a lot options for breakfast, even during COVID, not many guests there.
