Exceptional service from the staff - they couldn't do enough for us! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean, as is the pool and restaurant area. The hotel really gives off luxury vibes. The location was perfect.
The place is amazing, with all the comfort you can expect. The rooms are in fact small individual luxury houses.

It is located 5min by car from the city center, so you need a car but it’s very easy to drive to the center and park so not a problem at all.
It is very quiet, great for couples and nature lovers.
Breakfast is simple but more than enough, the swimming pool is very nice too.
I would definitely go back there if I go to the Atacama desert again.
Location is great with easy access to town. The rooms were beautiful and regularly cleaned every day. In fact, the whole resort was so clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was quite good with coffee available all day as well as fresh fruit infused water.
Wonderful warm welcome, showed around the property and everything explained. Very friendly hosts and staff, always willing to chat and answer our numerous questions. I especially chose this location for the night skies and boy, it didn't disappoint!!! Absolutely breathtaking, also took part in the astronomical tour offered within the resort and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the photos. Also loved the time spent with Astrogato, the resident cat.
Spectacular views; well-equipped kitchen; comfortable beds; Claudio and Rosa were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome.
There is hot water, which is a massive luxury in the desert!
