Very comfortable stay with views of the Matterhorn from our small balcony. The location was an easy 10min walk from the station, mostly flat. The staff at the partner resort were excellent. The small kitchen facities were good for our requirements with a two cooker stove top and microwave. There was a toaster, kettle and coffee machine thing.
This whole experience blew our minds. We expected budget rooms, but got a full blown resort with the best amenities ever. I am now looking for reasons to return. Absolutely perfect stay, just wish I would’ve stayed longer
Lovely apartment, very comfortable beds, peaceful, attached to the Alpen Resort & Spa Hotel where we had breakfast and played tennis one day. Really nice to have access to the hotel with the more affordable apartment.
We loved our stay at Alpen Resort & Spa! Thanks for the upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! We really enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and all the other spa facilities as well. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants in Zermatt. Accommodating staff. Afternoon cake and tea. We could use the spa during our last day as well which was very convenient as our train back was leaving in the evening.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It would be great for a family or 2 couples. Location was good and the managing hotel, Allen Resort & Spa was close by with very helpful staff and luggage lock up facilities.
Cervo is stylish, modern and cozy resort for a vacation in Zermatt. Everything is impeccable and well-equipped, but in a casual and new luxury sort of way. The location is so easy to get to with the elevator, making it an ideal place for a ski-in, ski-out vacation. Truly loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone.
Location is as good as you can get in Zermatt. Ski bus outside, Sunnega a flat 5 minute walk. Staff were super friendly and gave us invaluable tips on where to ski when; It felt like we had a private resort in half term! Food was excellent, we ate dinner there twice and had an excellent breakfast every morning.
Bathroom was superbly finished. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but not quite as luxury as the bathroom.
