The location is excellent, close to shopping and restaurant area . Fisherman’s wharf is walkable . It is a comfortable luxury suite, comfortable bed and excellent hot water . Area is quiet and bedroom curtains close completely. Spa and gym good . The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We felt money well spent .
Room was fairly basic but comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice bar downstairs and breakfast in the restaurant also downstairs was very good and convenient. A 10 minute walk to town so everything easily accessible. Not a luxury stay but reasonably priced as a result.
Chris, who was staffing the desk, provided outstanding service! We had vehicle trouble & he found us an excellent mechanic who was able to fix our truck. Thank you Chris!
location was great. overall the value was good, a room for 200 dollars within walking distance of downtown core in victoria. basically what you would want, no frills, and if your priority is a cheaper hotel that you sleep in but not paying for luxury than this is the place. If you have champagne tastes dont book here.
The check in....so friendly and welcoming.. the location is breathtaking and affordable. The room , the view., the soap, lotions, nespresso...this was a last minute booking to treat myself..and i felt i was at a resort annd was treated like a special guest. I have told my friends and will highly recommend
I loved everything about it! The location, the room, the view, the furnishings, the wonderful staff. It felt like a posh boutique resort for an affordable price. A gem! So quiet s as bd had a great sleep. The lovely bathrooms with oversized tub and separate showers. The ground floor lounge, bar and restaurant. A true oasis. I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less.
The staff were fantastic in enabling an early check-in for me and finding my AirPods left behind by mistake promptly and without fuss. Great location and has everything needed for a luxury stay.
