The apartment is ok but it is not high "end luxury" even if efforts has been made. Scratches on the floor, insufficient portable air con. The terrace table does not know how a sponge looks like. Nevertheless Hugo is nice and reacts rapidly to emails. We could enter the apartment early in the morning which we really appreciated with two kids and an overnight in the plane behind us. Chinese supermarket and Skytrain station or busses nearby. 20-minute walk to Canada Place.

It was a very cosy room with a fireplace (it wasn't with real wood but it looked great and had warmth so all it needs). There was a lot of horizontal space to put stuff, also in the bathroom, which I find a real luxury. The best thing was the owner who personally made us breakfast every morning, it tasted delicious everytime. He also gave us some great tips at breakfast for things to do in Vancouver. Also everything we wanted to do, we could do by foot, so it's a great location to stay at! Can't recommend this place enough!

The property was super clean, and responses to my questions via text were extremely prompt. Felt very homely in a good way. Lots of thoughtful touches. Heated floor in bathroom was a luxury. Felt very safe and secure leaving my gear in my room.

The location was great for the reason why we stayed. The sandman is a great place to go for food and drinks and it's on the same property as the hotel. The price of the hotel was insane though. It was more to stay there then at a night at a all inclusive resort in Mexico.
