Felt like a true summer resort! Perfect location. It was nice that the pool was big and never felt over crowded. Our family loved it and will be back again next summer!
The location is by far the reason we stayed at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Competing in the Peach Classic Triathlon meant we could walk to the start line and keep a bike in our room. We also really enjoyed the Sociale, very good coffee and Happy Hour. One of the only places across from the beach to get a nice drink and appy. Nice effort to decorate an old motel. Communication was by text message and code to get in the room was appreciated.
Was a great stay. We've been coming to the ramada for years, though the name has been changed to the Balcomo. With the name change has come some renovations, particularly to the rooms, which were very nice. Love the outdoor pool area and bar. Feels like a mini resort experience. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice renovated bathrooms.
The hotel felt more like going to a resort. There is a restaurant on site that is amazing called Local pub and Eatery. A pool and hot tub that is a private area which was nice. Also a playground for little kids. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I give this an all around 10. The location was also excellent would definitely stay here again.
Our incoming flight was cancelled and as a result we missed our scheduled stay at Kettle Valley Resort. The management was very kind and thoughtful and rescheduled our stay at no extra cost. Exceptional customer service!
The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the location is great.
Recommended.
We had three cabins with family (no kids) in each. Weather was perfect for sitting in the courtyard around the fireplace and then we had a great dinner gathering at the tapas place on the corner. We also had a lovely walk along the beach front then great coffee and breakfast sandwich at the same little restaurant on the corner the next morning. Not sure if it is part of the resort but it was right there and really nice. We had kids visiting and there were young families enjoying the BBQ's. Great place to stay.
Great location; modern fixtures and a cool vibe. We were so pleased with this motel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I've stayed in several Penticton beach front motels over the years and the Kettle Valley Beach Resort is by far the best! Love the seamless check-in process. The onsite restaurant was an added bonus.
Cute, nicely decorated room in a beach resort. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with bathtub. You can see that everything has been renovated recently. Easy to find the place as well as check-in. Kendra and Shelly were quick to respond to my questions about the room, and even gave some great recommendations about the restaurants. Definitely would consider staying here again when in Penticton.
