The front desk staff were great and friendly! The doormen were wonderful as well. They helped us with our luggage and many bottles of wine on our way in. When we were leaving the next morning the same (British gentleman) man remembered us and joked a little, he was very interesting to talk to. We also love the smell around the hotel, beautiful and calming.

The location was nice. Beautiful views of vineyards and less than 15 min drive to town. It had everything you need and was better than staying in a hotel, especially with pets. Many vineyards close by as well. It was quite hot so it was really nice to relax at the pool and talk to people. The resort was clean and well maintained.
