It's a resort hotel with nice facilities and quite friendly staff, located in a prime location on the water and near to a lot of entertainment. I think it's a destination in itself and was our base to explore the Okanagan. The fish and chips at the on-location restaurant is a recommendation.

Beautiful, comfortable suite that was a luxury to stay in. We thought we had booked a 2 bedroom suite, but it actually had 3! Lovely kitchen, two bathrooms, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace! This suite can hold up to 6 adults easily. We can't wait to go back again!

Previous reviews advised that the resort was older and less modern than others. We agreed; however, for the 8 hot August days we spent there, the AC was 100% working and very cool, the outdoor pool was available every day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fully operational, and there was no significant late-night or early morning noise. For us, it represented excellent value for money We also appreciated that room service did a great job!

When I was booking, pictures are so nice, it’s like paradise place with beautiful pool and houses. When we arrived, this is not what all of us is expecting!! it is the expectation versus reality thing, it is the opposite and I said to the staff, this is not the picture of Okanagan Seasons Resort where you put on your website. It’s the opposite. We were scammed.
