The host, Richard, is very friendly and explained all details of the property. We had quite long chats with Richard who travelled a lot and shared with us his experience. A lot of information regarding facilities, restaurants and trails was provided. Location was excellent, very quiet and close to main towns and the Blue Mountain resort.

The person at the front desk should know more about the promotions the resort is promoting. I was informed a totally different information about the play all day promotion.

Nicely decorated, well designed studio suite with fully equipped kitchen. Great location. Resort has a pool and hot tub. Exteriors of Resort units could use a little refresh. If you happen to be visiting in the Blue Mountain area - we found this modern, comfy studio to be a little gem.

The location is fantastic if you're looking to visit the Village - and also potentially Collingwood. Tons of dishes, pots and pans available on property if you're looking to cook. The pool and hot tub on the property was a nice wind down too - though it can get quite packed. Parking was plentiful. Peaceful little resort and seemed relatively family friendly.

Lovely staff, very clean, well laid out hotel. From check in to check out, everyone was extremely professional, polite, helpful. The heated outdoor pool put it over the top, even at 13 degrees C, my kids and us enjoyed swimming outdoors. Perfect location with proximity to the village. We've stayed at all of the resorts in the village, inc. Blue Mountain Resort and the Hilton, this is by far my favourite of them all.

Bruce on check in very kindly upgraded us as the resort was quiet, and we then had a room very close to the centre which was just perfect. We really appreciated the upgrade and would like to put Bruce forward for any kind of staff award if there is such a thin
