Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
The pictures in the website are far from the real. I got scammed. My unit was dirty and dusty. The property was not well maintained, full of dust and cobwebs..Sofa seemed to be infested with bugs. My banff experience was not good and I would not definitely recommend this resort as it is a waste of money and developed PTSD booking online.
We had the nice cabin 111 with a good view over the valley but at the same time facing the forest. Although being located a little remote up the tunnel mountain the resort provides for more calm and feels closer to nature than other accommodations in Banff city center. We once even saw a moose grazing on the other side of the road. The resort shuttle and free public transport make it easy to reach Banff within a few minutes.
The amenities were good with good quality eg hand soap, body lotion, shower gels, tissue box etc. There were enough kitchen utensils for us to do simple cooking. The room has enough space for a family with two washroom. Kids like the loft and enjoyed having their own spaces. There are 3 tv in the apartment which was nice. Parking was convenient just outside the apartment. Location was good with a bus stop just outside the resort to go to downtown. The room was clean as housekeeping did a great job.
Basic one bedroom apartment that was convenient for exploring Banff (5-10 minute drive from the centre) and surrounding attractions.
The resort offered a free shuttle into and from town, which dropped off near the main bus stop from which to get connecting buses to Lake Louise & other popular sites, although only one shuttle run each morning (ran more frequently in the afternoon).
A number of BBQs onsite that were free to use.
Small children’s play area which was our toddler enjoyed. Reasonable sized pool and hot tubs.
All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Located at Ski Resort ~2,500 ft higher than Banff, so cooler than the heat Banff experienced (90°). Chair lift is open for walk/hikes to scenic alpine lakes. If you like nature and being away from tourist hustle that Banff has become, this is a great option.
The resort location was away from the busy Banff CBD and allowed us some peace and quiet. The public transport was too easy to get into town - or we could walk.which was just as nice too. We loved the little chipmunk visit outside our balcony.
Perfect family resort. We hiked and Sade the sights all day and enjoyed and the slides, hot tub and amenities before going to dinner. Loved having the kitchen to save on some meals out. Overall a great experience and will definitely go again!
