We had a great experience at Kristie Resort, our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable, the aircon was good and internet was also at a good spead.
The hotel is in front of the sea and the apartments just on the other side of the road. There are two swimming pools and one of them is very very big with a bar in the pool which was great.
The housekeeper was doing an amazing job and was so kind to us.
We ordered room service one night and our dinner was very good.

The staff, Maria, the manager was very helpful and speaks good English, and helped us with any little issues that we had, Marcus on reception was very helpful sorting out our room change when we needed something further from the bar area, Pedro the porter carried our many bags without any fuss, and refused me helping him, Josie in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. In fact ,everyone was fantastic, will definitely be coming back again
This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms and a large pool. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It's on the beach and has direct access which makes it feel like it's a private beach. We didn't travel with children but it appears very child friendly. The all-inclusive catering certainly offered many options for kids. It's only 40 minutes by taxi from the airport and Uber is available in the area.
