Apartment very very comfy, owners and staff kind and well educated. I highly recommend this amazing apartment, very close to the beach and located at luxury neighborhood.
The view, the resort's pool, the private balcony with jacuzzi was AMAZING, we enjoyed staying over there after the beach, we had breakfast at the inner balcony each day.. it was really beautiful. Good lightening in the room, no outer noise although it was near the group pool. I think it is important to know that its necessary to have a car because its up a hill and far from the beach (by car is really near).
If you stay in the suites, you have access to the facilities in the Jatiuca Resort which are very nice. The Jatiuca Beach next to the hotel is very nice and not crowded as Ponta Verde and Pajucara
This is a small, modern hotel that is just a couple blocks from the beach. It is not luxurious,
but it is very pleasant, comfortable and clean. Location is great. The breakfast room and pool area are very nice. (This a city hotel, not a resort). Our room was spacious and, most importantly, the bed was comfy. Great value for money.
