Nothing! This is a private appartement being sub rented like an RbnB. It is not run by professional nor the resort. We checked in at 3 pm but the place was really dirty with old bed sheets, dirty towels, dirty floor. When we called we were told that they could not clean it because we already checked in.I booked for 2 nights, I requested the second night to be cancel but the owner refused to cancel because he is an asshole and booking com does not care as long as they get there 15% commission..
