The beach and views from the property were absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been! All meals were very good. We recommend the meal plan if staying at the Pompano- it was a true value. The bus stop was very close and easy to ride. The staff was excellent about picking us up promptly and taking us to and from the bus stop area!

Restaurant staff were amazing. Beach service for drinks, water and lunch. Golf cart to transport guests around the property. The front desk was kind as I was checking out during the Microsoft airline delay turmoil, and allowed me to stay in the room for an extra hour.

The breakfast and casino. The check in was fast and they catered to my needs. The facility Overall was amazing in my opinion. I would stay at this resort again.
Private beach wasn’t overly crowded during the week. Water fairly calm. Trampoline in ocean was fun for kids.
Cave pool is open for guests to use and cool to see. Food was surprisingly good at the hotel restaurants. Taxis are always at the ready and bell service was good. Three names that stand out at this place. June Ann, Peaches, and Zach. They are the best of what this resort has to offer. They all went out of their way to make our visit pleasant.
The on-site caves were amazing. The heated pool was a nice respite given the below average temperatures. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced (for Bermuda). The bus stops were at the entrance to the resort making island exploration easy and convenient.
We've stayed at Grotto Bay in the past. It's got a great location only about 5 minutes from the airport. No, surprisingly this is not a problem with take-off landing noise, in fact one would handly be aware it's that close. The resort is good vlue for Bermuda and the all-in-clusive option is good if you stay 3 days or more. Attreacts a very diverse, casual crord.
I'm from Connecticut,This is my first trip to this resort it will definitely won't be my last it was absolutely beautiful breathtaking views every morning and every evening amazing restaurants amazing staff great safe location convenience 5 minutes away from the airport.
The room was very clean and adequate for an all-inclusive resort. Dinner is pricey and there is a somewhat limited menu. The private beach is definitely a WIN! The water is so warm, clean, and enjoyable! The resort is approximately a 5 min drive from the airport and you can even take the city bus to and from the airport as well for one token that $4.50. The Cathedral Cave on the property is definitely a MUST see experience along with the Natural Spa which is also in a separate cave.
