Excellent hotel and spa resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room with no extra charge! The delux double room was huge, crystal clear, amazing design with breathtaking panoramic view! Amazing dinner and extra amazing breakfast, super spa facilities! Great facilities for kids too, and guess what? Pets are also allowed!!!:) We Loved everything about this hotel, and we will defenetely come back together with our doggie next time!
I'm not usually a fan of the "all inclusive" but the facilities are exceptional and the food is great (even as a food snob). The staff are exceptionally friendly and the entire area is stunning.

The pool was very clean, also there no any chlorine they use only filters and flow of healthy natural mineral water that was really great.
The restorant in the hotel is fancy one with delicious hight quality home made specials .
Me and my family really enjoy it. Sure we will visit that great place again but next time we will order bigger pack with all inclusive service.
Hotel is actually 5 stars ,luxury,clean ,big rooms ,beautiful location on top of mountain, spa is included in the price and have indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi( 2 of them) as well,also 2 steam rooms and 2 sauna ,and an ice cave (amazing).staff friendly and professional
