Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The rooms and common spaces were kept clean. Lots of choice for food, some dishes were done surprisingly well. Alcohol quality was good and the cocktails were adequate.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Everything was perfect. Host was super nice and friendly. He even agreed to reschedule our vacation a few days before arrival time without having to. Room was clean with a perfect location near pool facilities and the beach. Resort is perfect for families with children. Would recommend.

The resort is maintained every day, unlimited use of pools, the sea is very close, clean and very beautiful. The room has a nice view of the sea and has almost everything you need (except for the toaster). The apartment keys were in the code box by the door.
Location is perfect, meters from the beach also near to the center of the resort, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The whole place was super clean, the room was cleaned every day and the sheets changed every few days. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked brand new with high end equipment, also nice balcony. The staff were friendly and polite.
The resort is perfect for quiet time . The pools are absolutely fantastic for kids- small pools, slides, wave pools. Clean and quiet resort. Bare in mind that it is a rental apartment and little to no facilities regarding breakfast and restaurants inside the resort - but there are plenty of option nearby.
I really enyed our staying, the location, two amazing terraces (when one is sunny then other are on shadow ), restaurant in resort (with great food and very warm service).
It is a great resort especially for a family vacation. Very beautiful gardens and alleys. Everything is nearby - restaurants, different swimming pools, bars, kids amusement facilities and etc. Food was very good, the staff were polite and helpful. They even offer a golf-car-rides from the distant parts of the resort to the beach and back, which is extremely convenient for families with toddlers or people with disabilities. Everything was thought through.
Great complex, nice apartment (not luxury, but still good), good food for an all inclusive Bulgarian resort, nice pools and very good landscape / gardening. Also, small but wonderful beach, clean sea water with soft entrance, perfect for kids. We will come back !
Architecture of the place, cleanliness, food variety, some of the facilities. 2 floor grounding parking is a real asset of the resort, no stress for your car. Ultra-all inclusive was really 4 to 5 stars. Nice place, some surroundings worthing a tour after the dinner.
