The photos seen on booking.com were beautiful, but in reality, everything looks much better. The hotel is very large and very clean, has good services, and the meals are very rich and varied; I would even say that a lot of food is offered! Another advantage would be the free access to Aqua Thermal, the free spa towels received daily, and the pools within the resort, both for adults and children. The room cleaning service is impeccable, and the hotel parking, although paid, offers a sense of security that your car is safe.
Very elegant and cozy apartment. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is located right in the center of the resort, close to everything you need. Self check-in and check-out, although we did not meet directly with the host, we had very good communication with her. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to book a stay here.
Lovely apartment with a very good location, part of a newly built luxury complex. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. The host was excellent and there were very nice compliments for us.
Well overall - really nice staff !!! Really friendly and supporting. Very quick reactions, did all for out comfort. Supported us on maximum and all what we needed was really well. We liked the mineral water on the pool. Also the resort is really nice. Nice is also beer and wine available on dinner. Parking is accessible and very close.
The hotel is conveniently located in the nice resort area of Sv. Sv. Konstantin and Elena and the beaches, restaurants and shops are accessible by a few minutes' walk. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic, but fine. We didn't use the pool.
Very nice hotel for cheap family vacation. Location is good with quiet and green surounding. All inclusive meals and drinks are good and enough. If you come later on the meal there is a lot of food for everybody. Pool is clean, rooms too. Staff is very polite and ready to help. Animation for children is not formal, very good boys and girls works a good job. Excellent value for money. Recommend!
The resort is quite crowded with cars everywhere. The hotel has its own private parking, each guest receives a car door remote. Pretty cool. The breakfast, although the same each day, was good enough. The owners are very friendly.
Mineral Pools, saunas and steam rooms, excellent beach, comfortable rooms, great food, all inclusive also decent friendly/helpful staff, location for Aquahouse thermal resort also great.
Fantastic location, 2 steps away from a small sand beach and the center of the resort. If you’re looking for a shade at the swimming pool, you can find it under the big pine trees at any time of the day!
Food was good and I would definitely recommend the All inclusive option.
A nice surprise was the indoor kids corner supervised by two animators, free of charge for the guests of the hotel.
