Everything was excellent , the staff were extra professional and polite, the apartment is perfect like home, you have wish to stay in it. The owner left everything for the guests to fill like home. The pool was perfect, the water was not too cold and not too hot. Small but perfect spa.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful resort. The nature is breathtaking. The host is nice and responsive. The apartment is wonderful for 2 people. It is nice to have 2 bathrooms. The views from the apartment are great. Really nice warm outdoor pools. Generally we had a very nice time there.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very comfortable with the best location in the Resort, breath-taking views and clean.
The host was easy reachable and trying to solve what was needed immediately.
The best apartment I have stayed in so far! Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean and luxury rooms, elegant restaurants, perfect spa and amazing views. Our host was really helpful and polite and made us feel like at home. I really recommend staying here and without any doubt you will leave with only good memories.
The host was terrific. She was so helpful and sweet. She recommended restaurants at the resort as well as activities. She was always responding to the messages and picking up her phone.
The studio was well equipped and very cozy, located in a nice resort on the main road coming from sofia, so it was easy to get there even without having a local mobile and internet.

the location is very good for those who want to ski but don't want to be with the crowd. All the resort area very queti. the apartment is very spacious and comfy. It lacks a microwave and dishwasher. other than that all is great.
