The breakfast and dinner at El Balcon del Mundo are a must.

We celebrated a birthday at Marche and stayed the night in Horizont. Room was really well decorated, clean and the bathtub was great as well. The bed was nice and comfy too.

This was my third stay at Gergana. Happy to say it’s now Ultra All inclusive, and the beverages are better, compared to 2019 and 2021.
I’ve been upgraded to a sea view room for free, which was really nice. The food and the services remained the same: top notch.
Breakfast was very good, the waiter was amazing, very polite and friendly. Room was nice and clean, toilet items were available. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Bikes were also provided for a short trip to Albena (resort centre is about 1 kilometer down the road). Overall a great place, nice attention to details. Highly recommended.
Good value for money.Frendly staff and comfortable bed .They have an umbrella on the seaside which was a bit far but with the free lift provided was no problem.

I liked that the people in the reception were very kind , helpful and professional. All the staff was good. The wifi was perfect, in the morning I had some transfers for work and the speed was amazing 45 Mb/s (we had a router in our room). The food for all inclusive was good and the menu was changed every day. The pool was nice. And for beverages they were serving some good liquors.

Bonus: for the paid parking (10 leva per day at the reception) you get free access in Albena resort, free underground parking at the hotel (if available), and, in my case, I got free EV charging, available are 380 and 220 V sockets.
We arrived around 2 hours earlier before checkin but they were nice to give us the room keys in advance (we are a big family so we booked 2 rooms).
Being in vacation with a baby we started cleaning and dissinfecting the rooms, but the surprise was that the rooms were already very clean (huge plus for them).
The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the resort, but isn't crowded or noisy, with lots of green areas, is just perfect.
This is our second visit in this hotel. We like it very much. We will come back sure next year. Everything is OK, the room, the lokation, the rich breakfast, the beach, the area around the hotel and the resort ALBENA also.
Laguna Garden is located in the heart of Albena, in close proximity to the beach.
In the last 30 years Albena has transformed in a beautiful resort. It has forest just behind last building , has lots of trees and parks inside.
Temperature is always within tolerable comfort zone.
Resort is not overbuild as the rest of the black resorts and it provides best opportunities for a lovely holiday.
The hotel is new and very modern looking, both on the outside and on the inside. Next to it, is the old hotel that belongs to the same resort. The old one has in-door and out-door pools that you can use regardless of which hotel you choose to stay. The new hotel (the one in this review) also has a cool roof-top pool with a bar. In front of the outside pool is the beach, where you can stay freely from the third row towards the hotel (towards the sea you have to pay).
