Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
This apartment is absolutely amazing. The owners and local team are excellent and everything was exactly as advertised. The pool, gardens, beach, sea, restaurant and resort staff are superb. It was a magical holiday and I would thoroughly recommend both the 49 Steps and Glitter Bay.
The Palms Resort was just what we were looking for! The rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. They had everything you need for a wonderful stay. We had 2 rooms between the family of 4. The ladies at reception were very obliging and made sure the rooms were close to each other. One of the rooms had a problem with the A/C and we were immediately moved to a different room - still close by. The pool and pool deck were perfect! very clean and plenty of loungers.
The property was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and was ready to help for anything to the best of their abilities.. The administration managed everything so well during the severe hurricane that we weren't short of food/water or electricity, unlike other hotels/resorts (as far as I heard). The property manager, Raj Ganguly, is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and seek help from. Highly recommended for an all-inclusive vacation.
Breakfast was decent. This place should not be listed as an all-inclusive. I recently visited, with high hopes but left utterly disappointed. The service was not just lacking; it was downright poor. I asked for my room to be provided additional water bottles and was told to purchase water from the hotel store.
Me and my wife were there for 7 night stay at The Palms Resort and the room, the grounds all were very good clean and happy with the Resort. Here is the best part the complete staff is the BEST, Helpful and Very courteous we have been able to travel to many islands and never have we had this nice of service.
Thank you to the complete Palms Resorr crew.
Location Brilliant, nice resort on the beach, apartment impeccably clean.. initial supplies, like milk, washing powder & dishwasher tabs were very welcome.. cant fault the place or the management team.
