The staff was my favorite part of this resort. We travelled to Barbados for my wife’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to ensure that the occasion was memorable. Rose was exceptional, she maintained communication with me before I got to the property. The team was overall excellent!!!!

Which is one of the things we love most of all about our stay at Ocean Ridge Resort. The view from the main living area balcony, was simply beautiful of the ocean and the sea breeze was perfect!
The staff is absolutely adorable! unlike the generic style of resorts where you are treated politely and nothing more, here everyone has a personality while also doing everything in their power to cater to your needs. In addition, the rooms are clean and spacious, and better yet, the resort is facing the ocean, offering a glut of breathtaking vistas to awe at.
Bougainvillea's location on the beach was the highlight of my stay. It was delightful to wake up to the sound of waves and watch sunrise on the beach. The resort is also perfectly located between (and a short walk from) Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped me and my friend resolve a crisis and we felt that they genuinely cared about our well-being. We are especially grateful to Natasha and Temar for going above and beyond the call of duty.
This is not an all inclusive resort. We had a small kitchen in the room and purchased food at a local market for breakfast and lunch. We did have several suppers at the restaurant. Food and service was great on a covered patio setting beside the ocean. There was entertainment several days to provide a taste of local music.
The public transit system is very affordable, not to mention very interesting.
