We had really great experience.Very attentive guest relations Adalat;polite housekeeping,came in the evening too,to ask if we need something else.There are a lot of areas for rest and dining.Breakfast was various and delicious.Generally hotel(resort) has very peaceful atmosphere.Already recommended it to my friends
I stayed for 2 beautiful nights. I booked 2 rooms and as i requested it was by each other and with a lake view. Ms Sadaya helped me so much even doing things out of her job description. She even organized and booked Taxi’s for me as i am facing language barrier and taking the cost effective price for me.
You could stay in the resort and spend your nights without even going out from the resort.
Great location near the forest and lake. The resort staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, there are many attractions and activities on the territory of the resort so that everyone can find activities based on their interests. Last but not least, there are many options for kids (kids zone, inside pool, play gorunds, etc.) that make the resort perfect place for family leisure.
In public ' It was a wonderful resort in terms of decorations,views and service throughout the hotel
The lady in charge of the staff and hotel, Samira, was very professional, courteous and able to handle difficult situations
Good stay I like the square of hotel it’s nice place to sit and walk the supermarket 200 m coffee ,cake 300 m , I recommend for people traveling from Baku to shahdag resort for skiing good for two nights .
