The unit is very cosy, very well equipt, nicely decorated, large living area for family get together. The best is the kitchen next to living area, convenient. Another plus point is the dining room, like boardroom, cosy and confortable.

The Studio room was excellent---very well outfitted, clean & attractive. All for the price of a "regular" hotel room. We booked very last minute through a third party and the Broadwater greeted us happily!

The bungalow was in the perfect location for families within the resort. It was close to both the pool and beach. The bungalow had everything you needed for a short stay and would be really comfortable for a longer one. We had one minor issue and l messaged Gavin and he responded quickly and it was no problem for them to rectify.
Each room and the loft had heating and aircon and a TV. Made it so easy to keep everyone comfortable and occupied when in the bungalow. The beds were really comfortable.
The outdoor patio had a great BBQ and line for drying towels. We even had a possum nest above us in a tree with the sweetest little possum living in it who visited.
We will be rebooking.

Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
It was a lovely place, friendly and knowledgeable staff and luxury accommodation. The food, afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner, were very good with wonderful tastes and varying and unusual ingredients.
The resort was extremely nice, we were even lucky enough to score a room upgrade! The staff were all friendly, and we had a lovely time. Lamont’s also had great food!
Beautiful location! Right off the beach with gorgeous views. The houses were beautiful, very clean and modern. There was also a big pool and tennis court in the resort, and the convenience of the restaurant right next to reception was great!
We have stayed at Yallingup Forest Resort many times over the years, love the cottages and were pleasantly surprised to see that the bathrooms have been upgraded.
This resort is just lovely. My kids described it as paradise.
The rooms are so spacious and grounds were well kept.
Staff were lovely and the food also great.
We will 100% return and are looking forward to it.

Smiths Beach Resort is located very conveniently for Yallingup and Margaret River wineries and restaurants. And of course, it is overlooking the amazing white sands of Smiths Beach.
Smith's Beach Resort Margaret River was a wonderful weekend/midweek getaway. The resort facilities are amazing and the heated pool was suburb. The resort is right on Smith's Beach and the onsite Lemonts Restaurant was great.
The food at restaurant Lamont was great! The facility was very clean and staff onsite were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to all our activities and visits. This made our stay at Smiths Beach Resort very memorable. This was our second time to Perth and staying at Yallingup. Smiths Beach will DEFINITELY be our choice of stay if we were to visit Margaret River area again!
