We had plenty of room in our apartment. Great location - close to wineries and Hunter Valley Gardens. Choice of on site restaurant, bistro, take away or self catering meals. We ate at the a la carte restaurant- delicious meal. Heated pools were a bonus.

Great place to stay with children and friendly staff
Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Property was clean, spacious and close to everything! The beds were very comfortable.
The Resorts restaurant had great buffet breakfast.

Absolutely appalling experience at Elysia Wellness Retreat. They have the audacity to charge $1 per coffee capsule, and to add insult to injury, they only provided 4 capsules for 2 people over 2 days. This is equivalent to charging for towels! The stove top in our room was nothing but a display piece - completely non-functional. This place is a scam, offering luxury prices for substandard amenities. Save your money and sanity; look elsewhere for a true wellness retreat!
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort offers picturesque surroundings, offering views of vineyards and rolling hills, and provides a variety of accommodations, dining options, and recreational activities. Perfect resort for families with young kids. The access to farm animals and feeding them was a highlight. For the adults, close proximity to the wine farms, Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan's Pub was super convenient.
Great location to get to wineries was good. We cycled and there is little path off the road right along McDonald’s road. I also liked the bush setting - we walked out the back through the spa resort and found quiet little road with farmland around which was gorgeous. The bar always open to with local wines.
