Check in was so easy. The service recieved at check in was exceptional. I can't recall the lady's name who checked me in but she was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt immediately relieved that I had made the right choice by staying there. The location is brilliant. The beach is literally 1 min away. The shopping centre is 1 minute away. The pool was clean, the facilities were clean. Everything was accessible. The rooms were spacious.

The location was good. Warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The bungalow was comfortable enough. It was quiet and relaxing and perfect for a couple of nights. There are cooking facilities there and a full sized fridge / freezer. I would stay there again.

Generally very well-equipped. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Location was good as it was 5 minutes to the main street/town area but out of the main resort area so was a bit more quiet. Also about a 10 minute walk to Coles supermarket, which was handy. The unit and complex themselves were also very quiet. Lauren was friendly and communicated clearly, with an easy check-in and check-out.

The location of the resort is great - right across from the beach and in the heart of it all. The apartment was large and suited a family with teenagers.

The location of this Resort was excellent for us as it is close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, the Surf Club and Wharf area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our two bedroom apartment had a lovely balcony and we had fantastic ocean views. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the beds were super comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also noted that we were celebrating a special birthday and surprised us with chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The location is the best, the resort itself should not be called a resort nowhere close to what a resort should be , everything needs a upgrade in the common areas and the car park is disgusting. Although the luxury apartment we stayed in was excellent.
