We had our flights cancelled at 11pm and when we called the resort , they were very accommodating and empathetic to our situation. Thanks to the staff on duty .. it was a kind gesture .
The unit was very spacious and very clean. The bed linen was lovely. The resort village facilities/shops were lovely and lots of fun. Reception was very friendly and welcoming. The Bistro service was excellent.
Good facilities in the resort, shops, fun activities, swimming pool...etc. Friendly staff, good-sized apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen, the view is pretty.
I booked the Resort based on the photos in booking.com. However, 2 days before I checked in I looked at reviews of this resort and was mentally prepared for my worst experience. However, I was surprised to see that the resport was not that bad as the negative review. The beds were neat, clean and comfortable. Bath room was clean.
Very quite, beautiful green surroundings, close to the lake comfortable beds, good size studio cabin with balcony to enjoy the nature. Ducks wandering around freely. Little swiss village part of the resort bakery is worth a visit. Breakfast was included good way to start the day.
The grounds and buildings were beautiful. The chalet was clean, comfortable and warm. The pool and hot tub were great. Mini golf was a beautiful 18 hole course. Cute little village with lolly shop and games arcade. The restaurant was great and looked like a good menu and value for money. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well cooked. were 2 adults and 3 kids 4-9 years old. Will definitely come and stay again, a great family resort.
This is a lovely resort however a little bit of housekeeping repairs need to be done and a spot of paint to maybe the front door also repairs to the blins.
