Location, cleanliness, grounds, spacious. Hopefully boat ramp and nearby bar area/pop up will be open to guests! That would be FANTASTIC!!!

House was well maintained with necessary things, beds was ok.
Only the wifi wasn't working. Phone reception was really bad on this area , plus no internet.
