The Manager was very helpful with her assistance, including information about the units, the parking underneath the building, and the restaurant. The unit was exactly what I needed for my 3-day stay to attend a conference: comfortable and quiet. I had arrived later than expected because of traffic delays on the freeway, so I was very grateful for my late check-in. I recommend Moorings Beach Resort, Mooloolaba, which is located on the beachfront and walking path.
Great resort with a fabulous pool and bar. Restaurant was fairly good and the staff were excellent. Location was good with it being a golf resort although a fair distance from the main town. However there was a good shopping centre close by.
Our room this time round was clean. The beds are comfortable. The food is delicious from the restaurant.

Location, location, location! Rumba Beach Resort is situated in the best part of Caloundra. You have the beach across road and spoilt for choice with the multitude of restaurants and bars that are located ground level of the hotel.
The heated pool and jacuzzi was the great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. In addition, the bar has happy hour between 4-6pm daily. Which it makes it harder to leave the pool area.
Highly recommended for families.
What a great little beach resort directly onto the bay with the restaurant and pool offering beautiful views. they all have a lovely siting out deck looking over the gardens, pool or ocean. Lots of local eating within easy walking. Grounds kept beautiful. Fantastic, friendly staff and always willing to offer assistance to make your stay comfortable.
Just an all rounded great family resort. Very spacious hotel. Loved the well manicured gardens throughout the resort. Great food and drink at good prices. Great location as was right near shops and beach.
We had a lovely few days at Rumba Beach Resort. The staff were very helpful, thoroughly enjoyed the pool view, the heated pools and it was a bonus to receive housekeeping each day. My son was wrapped to get a Free muffin daily from downstairs, a lovely touch, we will definitely stay here again.
