The staff at Kellys Beach Resort were fantastic. The resort itself is in a perfect location for the beach and other places to visit.
The bungalows are nice and clean and I found the main bed very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant Tuesday night and the food along with the staff didn't disappoint!
The Eco Villa we stayed in was perfect for our family weekend away. Villa was lovely & clean, kids loved the loft setup & scenery around the balcony was beautiful! We even got a visit from a possum at night, which made us feel very at home. The whole property was very clean & well maintained with gardens in immaculate condition. Staff were very friendly & welcoming with great communication. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend Kelly’s Beach Resort to everyone!!
When we turned up at Bargara Motor Inn, the owner (having taken over the property three months ago) had no record of our booking. She said this had also happened with another booking. However, she was very helpful in trying to find us different accommodation at Bargara. As it was New Year's Eve and Bargara is a beach resort, there was none available so we had to get accommodation in Bundaberg itself.
I liked it when a friend helped my daughter and I out and let us share their accommodation. My accommodation had apparently been cancelled by Don Pancho Beach Resort or Booking.com and not at my request.
