Luxury hotel perfect for relaxing as well as for activities. We enjoyed the fantastic food included in the half board and the great spa relaxation area. Proffessional and very hospital staff. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!
Very attractive and well appointed resort. Staff extremely helpful. Views across Hinterglemm are fantastic. Bread delivery was a real advantage when self-catering.
Key were collected from the reception at a hotel just a few doors up the street which made it very easy. The apartment was also ready early so we could get in as soon as we arrived in resort.
Hotel is basic for Saalbach my room on the top floor was very small but sufficient, location is right in the middle of town so excellent for the ski resort and bars

The location was superb. The location is next to 2 small lifts which are perfect for small children. It is just across the street. For the people who would like to explore the whole resort, it is possible to use the same lifts since they are connected to the other slopes of the resort.
The apartments are beautiful. They are complete, everything is new, it is spacious and is very baby friendly. The family owning the apartments supplied the apartment with a bed for our little baby and a chair so she could join us eating.
Location was superb. Only few steps from ski room was the nearest slope. The resort offers free shuttle everyday 09:00-10:00am to the 🚠 and 15:00-16:00 back to the hotel. Very convenient. We didn’t booked the all inclusive and made our own breakfast in the spacious apartment kitchen which was fully equipped! For the dinner we went to the nearby restaurants or cooked ourselves something in the ap.
