Got a last minute free upgrade on booking site, so we had all - inclusive meals for the price of breakfast. So that was excellent deal. All inclusive is including beer, wine, even some alcoholic spirits.. Meals were tasty,lot of healthy food was there. Motorbikes were parked in the garage for free
Fantastic location. Very close to the main ski resort. The staff were amazing - always willing to help and accommodate all our requests. Breakfast was perfect. Super easy check-in. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. (Also many languages spoken) Thanks to all for an awesome stay.
The option we chose was perfect for 6 people, the apartment is big and the beds are very comfy, with good quality mattresses and pleasantly decorated rooms. Our option included access to Tauren Spa Resort which made the trip more enjoyable. Ski bus station is located in front of the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a terrace with a table and chairs. We liked the all inclusive option with drinks available all day long. The food was plentiful and of very good quality, with enough choices for vegetarians.
Simone is an exceptional host and a very kind person. We've stayed in several different ski resorts in all different levels, and our experience with Simone was one of the best.
The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension.
Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests.
I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.
The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Great location, right in the middle between the two ski resorts, which can be reached very quickly by bus, the stop of which is a 2-minute walk from the house. Also we are very grateful for the opportunity to use the Tauern spa for free. We will definitely be back! I recommend. Thank you!
