Everything was great except that we were 3 couples & 2 singles. Si 4 sleeping rooms were as expected but one couple had to sleep in two single beds as there was only two double beds.🍒
Second little problem was the coffee machine which was an expresso Mark requiring specific capsules 🤤 and there was no place in the resort to find an old school filtre 🙃
Wonderful hotel, spacy rooms, wonderful view from the balcony to mountains. Very good offer for spa lovers as free entrance in Alpentherme is included in the price. Bathrobes and towels are also available for use in the spa. Free parking is available - very important when traveling by car. Kind and helpful staff. Alpentherme Thermal spa is in 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Ski resort is nearby. Definitely will come again. I recommend this hotel - great choice.
The meals were great - a full range of classic Austrian cuisine, and there was always plenty of choice especially for the breakfast. The location also is great, one of the closest hotels to the main lift for the skiers in our group. The staff was very helpful as well, especially as we dealt with a ski injury for one member of our party. The town is also behind the hotel, but a lovely Alpine resort with good facilities, especially the thermal baths, as easy walk from the hotel.
Nice, cosy and clean apartment. Erna and Josef are such a sweet couple and they will do anything to make your stay great. They are always reachable because they live in the same building.
The shuttle bus stop is across the street and will take you to ski resort. We would love to come back again :-)

Once we settled in, we loved the apartment and the walking distance to the ski resort. I was amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was -- the number of plates, cups and glasses was well above what one usually gets.
Good location of the apartment in a quiet place but not far from ski slopes and thermal spa resort. Very kind hosts. Fully furnished kitchen with all the stuff you may need including coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. Clean and very big apartment.
Self catering apt. Very clean. Everything as new. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. All linen was clean. Fresh towels in the middle of week. Bathroom was small but modern with good shower.
Ski room for storage
Location excellent 5mins walk to ski lift and bus stops to go to other resorts in Gastein. 5mins walk to town centre cafe and restaurants to eat. Two supermarkets for shopping.
Owner was friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again if sking at Gastein.
Beautiful rooms, everything was very clean, great breakfast and very nice owner. Great location near ski resorts.
