Location is great! It's surrounded by beach resorts and a private beach that these resorts share. So the crowd is great and the vibe is just relaxing.

Great staff, amazing food and excellent butlers. Rude and hostile staff member at check out but only one and not the experience of the entire stay. I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation and would return again. Only observation is that reviews that mentioned how expensive the hotel food was are accurate, far more so than elsewhere. If you don’t mind that and you prefer a la carte to all inclusive as we do then this is a great place to stay. Prickly pear island made the stay too to be honest, it’s like paradise.

To start, the service level of all the staff was excellent in every way. This was a budget vacation for us, as we are used to staying in luxury resorts, so our less than favourable review is based on a certain level of comfort we are used to experiencing.

Nice, well managed property on what is probably the best beach in Antigua. Food and beverages were of the highest quality which isn't always the case with all-inclusive resorts. Staff very attentive - a great venue for those looking for a chilled adults-only experience.

Beautiful location and offered ultimate relaxation and offered opportunities to explore the island further if you wished. We particularly loved the guided hikes and steel pan lessons - all included within the all inclusive package. Staff are the heart and soul of the resort and couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable if they had tried. The menu offerings were varied and all the food delicious.
