I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel is centrally located and features a restaurant and bar. The hotel is 7 minutes' walk from Bulawayo City Hall and 1.5 km from the Natural History Museum of Zimbabwe. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily, fresh sheets. Loved everything food was beautiful however a bit pricey.

I was impressed by the potential of this new property, and I can see that the team is working hard to iron out the wrinkles. The location was perfect for my needs as a person who loves privacy and quite atmosphere. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Loved the quality linen. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I loved my airport shuttle; the driver was so friendly and assisted me even before l came to Bulawayo by answering some of my questions. I would definitely recommend the lodge.

The grounds, the rooms, the lodge were great. The meals were fantastic. It was so pleasant I stayed another night. A great place to stop, relax and reset.

By staying here, you get a taste of what travel and lodging were like a century ago. The building, furnishing and overall experience brings you back to the early 1900s, and yet the hotel provides great comfort for modern travelers. It's really like an oasis as you travel through Zimbabwe. While located in the city center, it's very safe, and quiet enough at night for you have a good rest. Strongly recommended!

David was a great host and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout the duration of our stay. He came to meet us on the day of arrival to ensure we did not get lost and was very patient with us considering the communication challenges we faced on the day. After check in, he went on to take us to the nearest shopping centre so we could buy the supplies we needed for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was always ready on time and we had dinner made for our second night, which was real value for the fee charged. On checkout day, we had problems with our car and David drove back to bring a driver to take my partner to his conference venue. He is indeed an incredible host to say the least. The place is so quiet and peaceful, not to mention how very clean and homely it is overall. MaMsipha (helper) was helpful throughout our stay and so professional. She spent the day at the place but you would barely notice yet she was always available whenever you needed help and was so friendly. We had a beautiful stay overall and will definitely be going there and recommending the place to our loved ones.
