The Property was excellent , the booking.com reservation did not work and the property had no record of the booking , which had been paid in full on the booking.com site, the guest had to pay again. the double payment not resolved , the customer support is robotic , so there is a challenge ,such a pity as my guest always said online bookings are not for them , and i assured them all ok. So they will not book again this way or let me do so.

We arrived at the lodge only to be told that there had been a mix up with the booking, however, the issue was resolved thanks to the lady at the reception.

We were traveling to attend a funeral for a relative. We arrived at the guesthouse house later in the night and everything was just ready for us.
