Very classy hotel in a wonderful location with outdoor dining beside the Zambezi river and a short walk to Victoria Falls. Very helpful staff, and lots of activities that can be booked through the hotel.

Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. Staff were wonderful and very flexible. We arrived by bus from Lusaka at about 10pm. I had prearranged dinner and when we arrived, a table was set for us and we were served some delicious hot food. The lodge arranged a tour of the national park and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi. They have fast wifi and solar backup for when the electricity goes out. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

AVANI Victoria Falls Resort is located in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. The property features a garden, as well as a terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the free roaming animals!

I enjoyed my time at Okavango Lodge and highly recommend it. The location is close to the center of Livingstone.
