When we heard that Maroon Five were playing at the stadium, Hugh even arranged at a moment's notice through the hotel travel service, to take and collect us from there! What an incredible service he provided and what an asset he is to Rosebank Home Suites!

The breakfast was amazing with super friendly staff. We got the value for the money. Next time I would like to get a room with the better view to the city. The room we got ( 203) was good but the view was not great. But everything else was amazing.

A buffet breakfast healthy and more than enough to choose from. Would have loved it if they had lunch service and a wider variety menu for the evening, When very busy the hotel staff work under pressure and could definitely do with more hands during their busier times or when they are fully booked. The security is very good and make one feel very safe. the hotel is also situated in a good spot central to anywhere you like to go to. In fact I will just call it my second home when I am in Johannesburg.
Our flight coming into Johannesburg ended up being 6 hours late... Throughout I was in touch with Tadiwa, then Clive so our checkin ended up being smooth even though we arrived way later than expected. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with quite a nice view. We absolutely loved the location, just steps from the mall and a short walk up the street from great restaurants. Come to find out it's also a short wal from the Hop-on-And-Off Bus stop, and the Gautrain.
This was the first time that I stayed at Giglio Hotel and it pleasantly surpassed all my expectations. The breakfast (and dinner) options were varied and very tasty. The service was excellent. I did not use the pool as the weather was a little too cool for swimming. That said, the pool area looked inviting. I look forward to staying again the next time I am passing through Johannesburg for a couple of nights.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic location of Mapungubwe Apartments. Situated in the heart of Johannesburg, it provided easy access to a variety of attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city or relax in the comfort of my apartment, everything was conveniently within reach.
This is a high class hotel located in the most affluent and safest neighborhood of Johannesburg. Only a five minutes walk from Nelson Mandela Plaza with a large mall of stores and restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated both the generous buffet breakfast and the hotel pool. All staff I met was friendly and service-minded.
For Johannesburg, I would stay here again. A true boutique hotel. Staff was kind and proactive. The room was clean and fully equipped. The on-site restaurant was a huge bonus. The food was excellent. Breakfast in the morning, but we also are there one night. Such a great experience overall. A pool too. Worth the price.
our breakfast was Devine. there was more than enough to choose from and both my son and daughter was so surprised and we all left with full stomachs and thanked the hostess and restaurant staff for their excellent hospitality. will definitely make use of the Hotel on my next trip to Johannesburg

We like that this hotel is central to Johannesburg, has highways and has excellent restaurants. The staff that remained from the previous Hotel are like family, and it is always nice to see them again. They recognize us and greet us with our names and surnames.
Whenever we come to Johannesburg we like to stay at the Da Vinci as the quality of service it s to the highest standard. We were a little disappointed as the amenities in the room were poor (one bottle of water for two people), blanket with stains…

All the stuff including the cleaners and restaurants waiters real amazing stuff, the most important for me was as tourist specifically in Johannesburg was safety. I this hotel safety was 100% safety and I slept like a baby.
