You’re going to think it’s weird but… I always wanted to try a South African Sun 1, in Belgium we call them Formul 1, just to compare and I can clearly say that the South African version is even better (private bathroom was so lekker!!!). For me those hotels are synonyms of beginning of vacation, when you stop for the night along the road on your way to Holliday, and that was clearly that warm and comfy feeling from my childhood I had at Sun 1! Not disappointed at all. Comfy place, clean, adorable staff, quiet,… I’ve nothing negative to say.

The hotel is beautiful with a very modern architecture and everything has been done with very good taste. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is super nice, the food is great and you get to have breakfast in your bed. We had a great time and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We really did not want to leave! 200% recommended!
