This lovely property is situated in the heart of Famagusta walled city, walking distance to all bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet. We had a great nights sleep in a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The included delicious Turkish breakfast was served to us in the garden by very attentive and polite staff. The owner should be very proud of this great place to stay. We live in northern Cyprus but would not hesitate to recommend a stay here and we will be back for sure. Many thanks 😊

I just stayed at Hotel Pia Bella and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy and strategic access to Kyrenia's northern Cyprus with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. A well built casino interconnected and local massage spa facilities available. My room was modern and comfortable. I believe Hotel Pia Bella and Acapulco are two of the best hotels in the region. I will be staying again! Thank you.

Grwat place to stay if you're exploring the Karapaz region of Northern Cyprus. The highlight of the place though is Erdoğan the owner. He was brilliant and really made us feel welcome. Taking time to recommend places to visit and telling us stories over a coffee or glass of wine. The food was great value and beautifully fresh. All sourced locally veg from Erdoğan's garden. Evening meal is well worth the stay watching the sunset in such a beautiful setting.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! I had an incredible vacation in Northern Cyprus. The location is wonderfully serene, the pool impeccably clean, and the breakfast delicious. Mr. Arif was exceptionally helpful and kind, greeting us with a warm smile. I will definitely return! I extended my stay for an additional three days in the bungalow because my kids loved it so much. I highly recommend visiting this bungalow when you come to Northern Cyprus.

Exceptional Hotel, probably the best in Northern Cyprus. The food and wine is top quality. The pool area is very nice, calm & relaxing. The booked one of two Red sweets offering magnificent views and comfort. The staff and management is super friendly and accommodated every request. They arranged direct transportation to and from Larnaca airport, which make for a comfortable stress-free drive across the border. We would definitely stay here again.

My experience at Hanna Koumi was boutique was an exceptional. Angelika lives up to everything in the hotel description and it motivated by love, passion, and hospitality. The food was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the free Wi-Fi was a blessing, and the conversations with Angelika were very thoughtful. Angelika even went out of her way to give me tours of different areas of Northern Cyprus. This experience has made me want to return!

The location was perfect for going on day trips around Northern Cyprus and for visiting the Southern part of Nicosia. Each evening we went out and passed the Ledra Street Crossing Point to the Greek side of the city; everything was so close and very convenient. The building itself was also beautiful, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning - though it became a bit repetitive getting the exact same breakfast four days in a row.

The apartment itself was really beautiful with all equipment you can possibly need. The view, the area, the pools everything was great. It's very private and calm no nosy neighbours. The roof terrace was incredible for dinners and early breakfasts. Northern Cyprus is not so developed as the Greek part so be ready to use your car to get to supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and took great care of us :-)

Breakfast was really good and staff working in Café Paris is very kind and professional. Dinner in restaurant Azul was alright, starters were delicious - I’d only say that the prices are quite high as for the Northern Cyprus and there’s no much choice in the area to eat somewhere else, there are only this hotel’s restaurants. In one of the rooms the bed was really comfy, unfortunately two other ones had really hard mattresses.

The location and view were great! Green territory, big rooms, beautiful sunrise from our balcony, the food at the restaurant was good (you could order from the menu, prices were reasonable). You could order omelet in addition to breakfast. The girl at the reception was very friendly and spoke good English. There is a wonderful public beach (Bafra beach) in 10 minutes ride by car - one of the best beaches on Northern Cyprus.

I have been to Northern Cyprus many times and always faced the same problems, but this time everything was perfect, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everywhere is perfect order and cleanliness. Great breakfast + welcome drink. You don’t even have to leave the complex, since everything you need is already available on the territory of the complex. A beutifully decorated and welcoming guest house tucked away in a quiet street in North Nicosia. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and the border crossing. I was given a friendly welcome by the proprieter, who gave me excellent reccomendations of what to see and which restaraurants to visit. By far the best accomodation I stayed in during 10 days in Northern Cyprus.

Excellent location at Northern Cyprus to discover the "guitar neck" of Cyprus. It is a luxuries facility, the rooms are big and cozy the dining facility is amazing. The breakfast and the service was one of the best in my life, super high service and rich variety of the food without limitation. Beach is great.

Nice and comfortable apartments in quiet location with comfy beds. We travelled in December so can't say anything about access to the beach. But everything else is convenient with a car - and you can't be without a car in Northern Cyprus.
