The owner Tom was beyond helpful in getting us acquainted with the area and helped facilitate hikes, cultural tours, and even transportation.

Everything was perfect. Spacious clean room. Clean bedsheets and towels. Great view from the room. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city in Vincom mall. On the first floor of the mall there is a coffee shop and a supermarket. The gym is also nice and the staff speak good English. Hotel is 10/10
